someone asked her once what she believed in and she found words blossom off her tongue like the first fruits of summer bursting upon her tongue. She realised as she spoke just how very young she was and how little of the world she knew but she loved what she did and felt the possibilty of finding new truths sing under her veins.
A Kat lives here! A Kat is a university student, a Northern Irish girl, an artist, a friend, an utter bitch, a McDonalds worker, female, a hat lover, thoughtful, fangirly, geeky person. Standing at roughly 5'6" or so, with a mop of curly hair that was once blonde and is not any longer, she's not a skinny girl by any means but she's vaguely comfortable with herself. Sometimes.....Ever other week or so. Sort of.
She loves people. Literally. Whether it be helping with their troubles, writing fics for them, listening to them, asking their opinions on Life, The Universe and Everything or having wild conversations about sheep and pole-dancing.
she was asked the first thing she thought of when she heard epiphany: A bunch of images, like viewing them through a kalediscope. Sitting in Mass years ago and watching the spring light stream through the stained glass windows and the quiet and the belief, the tingly, the heart-catching sensation that maybe my soul was new and I could start again. And moments being blinded, like the sun hitting your eyes and being dazzled, and being devestated and losing everything, self, knowledge, name, all of it, and integrating it all back into yourself. And quiet moments where you lean against the metal Production Bin in work, arms behind your back, looking at the floor but not really seeing it and just gasping softly, slightly as something you never considered just hits you.
She values her friends a lot as they are the ones who have taught her a number of invaluable lessons and prompted her to write things like Slughorn/McGonagall. She also writes a fair bit about her own creations and The Apolcalypse and Angels.
She would also like to warn you that she is a Slash Fangirl of massive proportions and that her journal is likely to contain things of a slashy nature. Her currents ♥ range from Bleach to Neil Gaiman to Final Waltz to Dr. Who to Supernatural to CLAMP to Legend of Zelda to South Park to Saiyuki to zombies to Simon Pegg films to Duke Special and The Divine Comedy and quite a bit in between
So, having got the introductions out of the way, she hopes you stay for a cup of tea and some chocolate and wants to be with you at the end of all things.
